New Qualifying Investment Financing Option
The Malta Residency and Visa Programme (MRVP) requires the purchase of a Qualifying investment of €250 000, a non refundable contribution to the government of € 30 000 and the rental or purchase of a property.
A Maltese registered financial institution is offering the financing of the qualifying investment for a once-off €70,000 fee. This significantly reduces the investment cost needed to obtain permanent residency in Malta, making it the most attractive EU residency program available in 2020.
